BRANDON, MB – Funds raised at the recent Heroes’ Gala were formally presented to Brandon University and Assiniboine Community College June 30th. The event held May 22, 2010 raised $16,930.12. An additional $500 was donated by the Automotive Industries Association. Each institution received $8715 to augment the scholarships established for dependent family members of Canada’s fallen soldiers.
