Helen Galatsanou, a lead RDI project researcher, explained key conclusions about settlement and integration services. This project resulted in 29 community reports, a report for each of the 4 western provinces, and finally a western regional report. All 33 reports will be available for download from the RDI web site.
A special thanks to over 200 participants, provincial umbrella settlement organizations, and the provincial and project panel participants. This research was funded by Immigration Research West and CIC. RDI co-designed the research method, conducted data collection and analyses, and finalized the reports.
