EARLER:

A power outage has hit several buildings at the Brandon University 18th Street campus, forcing some classes to be cancelled while repairs are conducted.

Classes are CANCELLED for now in:

  • Clark Hall
  • Library building
  • Education
  • Health Studies (old and new)

The library itself is also closed. Staff attendance in affected buildings is at your supervisor’s discretion.

Classes will CONTINUE AS NORMAL in:

  • Music
  • Brodie
  • McKenzie
  • HLC

Classes will also continue in the Jeff Umphrey Building / Sutherland Gallery as well as, of course, at our Winnipeg and Dauphin campuses.

Dorms and Harvest Hall are also unaffected.

We will advise when the power has been restored and classes continue.
