Healthy Living Centre Activities

Engage yourself: stay active with our state-of-the-art fitness and cardio equipment, the indoor track or the gym facilities at the Healthy Living Centre. Easy to use machines, a variety of free weights, kettlebells, bars and medicine balls are available for use. Unsure of what to do at the gym? Ask the customer service desk about Personal Training packages. Your student ID card is required to access the facility. Your gym membership is built right into your tuition!

The menu of group fitness classes offers a variety of outstanding ways to stay healthy and help balance your academic and fitness journey. Ranging from Flow Yoga, Kickboxing, Zumba to Strong Nation, there is something for everyone.

Intramurals are a great way to stay active and interact with friends. Campus Recreation offers futsal, basketball and volleyball intramurals. Get even more involved by being part of Table Tennis, Badminton, Curling, and Golf clubs. Check the website for more information.
