Ensemble Télémaque

Lorne Watson Recital Hall, QEII Music Building, Room 1-60

GroundSwell brings nine-piece Ensemble Télémaque from Marseille, France to Brandon for a diverse concert featuring the Canadian premieres of four new pieces written for this concert by Bekah Simms, Rita Ueda, James O’Callaghan and Jim Hiscott, mixed with other works from France and North America. An evening not to be missed!

The event is pay-what-you-can, how-you-can. Tickets can be purchased online at GSwell.ca or at the door by cash or cheque.

Join the WMRL and BGMA in the heart of Downtown Brandon, as we investigate some of the darker parts of our city’s history. This walking tour will delve into the more grisly pieces of our past: epidemics, murders, deadly accidents, and other shocking stories from the “good” old days of the Wheat City.
