{"id":9,"date":"2020-04-20T16:01:22","date_gmt":"2020-04-20T16:01:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/local.brandonu.test\/parking2\/?page_id=9"},"modified":"2025-12-18T14:38:11","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T20:38:11","slug":"short-term","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.brandonu.ca\/parking\/short-term\/","title":{"rendered":"Short Term Parking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Short term parking is available to anyone planning for shorter visits to Brandon University.<\/p>\n<p>Casual or visitor parking is available at ticket dispenser lots (5, 6, and 10), metered areas, or by special permit in reserved areas.<\/p>\n<p>On weekdays, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm, all visiting vehicles on campus must be parked in public parking areas at a meter, Pay by Plate parking lot, or display a special permit or parking pass purchased from Parking Services.<\/p>\n<div class=\"flex-row \" data-column-group=\"1\">\n<div class=\"new-column-box  full count-1\">\n<h3>How to purchase short term parking<\/h3>\n<p>Monthly, weekly and daily parking passes are not available for online purchase.\u00a0 These parking passes must be purchased in person at the Ancillary Services office which is located on the main floor of McMaster Hall.\u00a0 Our hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Pay by Plate parking is offered in Lot 5, Lot 6 and Lot 10. Meters accept coin, VISA or MasterCard. Unfortunately, <strong>Pay by Plate meters do not accept debit cards or visa debit cards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Parking lots 1, 2, 2A, and Louise Avenue offer metered parking.
