Here are some tips to support you in having a positive experience.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Location, location, location<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Find a quiet and private space. If you live with other people you might place a towel or blanket under the door to muffle any sounds. If need be, perhaps sit in your parked car or in a private space outside.<\/li>\n<li>Let people in your household know you are in an important meeting and ask them to not disturb you.<\/li>\n<li>Try to be in the same space for each appointment. Step outside, feel the sun on your face, breathe deeply, and stretch gently.
