Authorization for FAMIS 360<\/strong><\/p>\n To access or submit a work order in FAMIS, you must be authorized by your department manager or director. Please contact your office to request access. Once authorization is received, an email should be sent to Physical Plant, with your department manager or director on the email, requesting access.\u00a0\u00a0Physical Plant will notify you once you have been set up on FAMIS.<\/p>\n Access to FAMIS 360<\/strong><\/p>\n FAMIS is connected to your BU online profile and is a single sign on application.\u00a0 You must be logged into your Microsoft 365 account before you log into FAMIS.\u00a0 If you are not logged into your BU account, you won’t be able to log into FAMIS.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n You can access FAMIS\u00a0 by selecting the FAMIS 360 application icon (pictured below).\u00a0 Once you’ve downloaded the application, with the single sign on application, it should immediately log you in and you should be ready to enter in a work order!<\/p>\n If you continue to experience issues after gaining access to FAMIS and downloading the application, please contact Physical Plant for assistance.<\/p>\n
