Meghan Wrathall, from Cape Breton NS, has a Masters of Rural Development degree. Her thesis researched rural perceptions of intimate partner violence. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Sociology with a concentration in Criminology, Law, and Social Policy and a second concentration in Gender, Equity, and Diversity from Bishop’s University in Quebec.
