Knowledge Mobilization<\/h3>\n

Knowledge Mobilization refers to the process of sharing, applying, and exchanging research knowledge to maximize its impact beyond academia.\u00a0 This involves making research accessible, engaging, and useful for diverse audiences, including policymakers, industry partners, community organizations, and the general public.\u00a0 Several knowledge mobilization services<\/a> are options are available to assist researchers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Research Facilities<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

State-of-the-art\u00a0<\/span>research laboratories and facilities<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>are found across campus and support our innovative and stellar researchers and students.\u00a0 Brandon University and its researchers have received funding from a variety of national, provincial, and local agencies to support the strategic direction of the institution and the researchers\u2019 programs of research.\u00a0 We encourage you to visit the individual faculty\/school\/unit websites or access the\u00a0<\/span>Research Experts List<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>if you are looking for a specific researcher or research area.<\/p>\n

Open Access for Publications and Library Resources<\/h3>\n

In May 2015, the Tri-Agency released the Tri-Agency Open Access Policy on Publications<\/a>.\u00a0 Open access enables researchers to make their publications freely available to the domestic and international research community and to the public at large, thereby enhancing the use, application and impact of research results.\u00a0 The objective of the policy is to improve access to the results of Agency-funded research, and to increase the dissemination and exchange of research results.\u00a0 All researchers, regardless of funding support, are encouraged to adhere to the policy.<\/p>\n
