Students living in residence have the choice, once checked in, to obtain a mail box key from our office.
Mail boxes are located on the ground floor of McMaster Hall.
Mail is sorted at the Ancillary Office, Mondays through Fridays. Larger packages are left at the Ancillary Office to wait for pick up. A parcel slip is sent to the students’ mail box, for notification.
When sending mail to a student living in residence, please make sure it is addressed as follows:
First and last name
Brandon University Residence 270 18th St
A street letter box is located just outside the John R. Brodie Science Building, on Louise Ave, for students wishing to send mail via Canada Post.
Brandon University Residence will not be able to forward mail on behalf of students, once they vacate from Residence.
Mail will be returned to sender.
Also, please be aware that Canada Post will not be able to offer this service. You may find this information under the ‘Here’s What We Don’t Forward’ section.
