The IT Helpdesk is your first point of contact for technology-related questions & problems. The IT Helpdesk assists users with BU-supported systems and technologies, and IT information and advice to BU students, faculty, and staff.
During the academic year, the IT HelpDesk is open 8:30 am – 8:00 pm M-Th, and 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Fridays. When students in residence encounter technical difficulties after hours, below are steps to help resolve during evenings and weekends.
- Student encounters a technical issue.
- Student refers to HelpDesk Portal Solutions to self-assess and troubleshooting.
If urgent (related to time-sensitive academic activities), contact Residence Assistant for basic troubleshooting.
