WCLAM 2021 will be hosted <strong>online<\/strong> by Brandon University <strong>May 29-30, 2021 <\/strong>due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"about\"><\/a><strong>About the Meeting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>WCLAM 2021 will be the 15th in a series of biennial meetings that have been held at various sites throughout Western Canada and the USA. The main objective of this meeting is to bring together researchers from across Western Canada and beyond with a focus on various areas within linear algebra and related fields. All participants must register, including invited speakers, contributed speakers, and those who wish to simply join us for the talks.<\/p>\n<p>Those giving a talk should send a title\/abstract to: <a href=\"&#x6d;a&#x69;&#108;&#x74;&#111;&#x3a;&#x70;l&#x6f;&#115;&#x6b;&#101;&#x72;&#115;&#64;&#x62;&#114;&#x61;&#110;&#x64;&#111;n&#x75;&#46;&#x63;&#97;?Subject=PDMW%20abstract\" target=\"_top\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#x70;&#x6c;&#x6f;&#115;&#107;er&#x73;&#x40;&#x62;&#114;&#97;nd&#x6f;&#x6e;&#x75;&#46;&#99;a<\/a> Please use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandonu.ca\/wclam\/files\/lastname_firstname.tex\">Presentation Abstract .tex file<\/a> Rename the file to your name and send only the .tex file (no need for the pdf version). Submitting an abstract counts as registration. The deadline for abstract submission is: <strong>April 23, 2021<\/strong>. The Meeting will take place over Zoom, with a Zoom link emailed out to all registered participants prior to the Meeting. There will be Breakout rooms for coffee and lunch breaks to facilitate discussion.<\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">We anticipate that we will have some funds to pay for daycare\/babysitting and possible local hotel rooms and food delivery (for participants who don&#8217;t have their own private space at home and don&#8217;t have access to an office at their University) so that participants can fully engage in the meeting.
