Yoga

Yoga has been identified as a valuable practice to increase body awareness, relieve stress, reduce muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpen attention and concentration, and calm and center the nervous system.*

While working from home has presented some challenges, it has also provided opportunities.  One such opportunity is to take advantage of virtual yoga sessions offered by BU Wellness and led by Tara Stokes, certified yoga instructor. You can do these sessions when it’s convenient for you.  We have also included a ‘family friendly’ session to include your kids!

If you wish to access the 6 yoga sessions, simply complete these two forms and send them to Tara.  Then, the links to the sessions will be emailed to you.
