Brandon University’s Winning Shot incentive gave away more than $10,000<\/strong> in valuable BU prizes to encourage all members of the BU community to be fully vaccinated.<\/p>\n

Third-year nursing student Erin Murray, from Carberry, won the Grand Prize of $5,000 towards her tuition or other BU expenses. Congratulations, Erin! See the full list of winners here.<\/a><\/p>\n

Students were also eligible for 35 other prizes, including several secondary prizes worth hundreds of dollars each, plus campus gift cards and BU gear. Faculty and staff could also win, with prizes like a year\u2019s HLC membership, Bobcats season tickets, and a year\u2019s parking pass in the prize pool for vaccinated employees.<\/p>\n

Vaccination is safe and effective, and ensuring a high level of vaccination helps keep everyone in our community as safe as possible.<\/p>\n
