The Clinical Resource Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through the provision of safe quality nursing care to patients. The Clinical Resource Nurse educates mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the units.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses’ Association (SRNA)

Required Qualifications Continued:

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing with minimum 3 years’ experience in Medical, Surgical, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Emergency.
  • Will consider diploma with minimum 5 years’ experience in Medical, Surgical, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Emergency and completion of degree within two years from commencement.
