Position: Early Years Teacher
FTE: 1.0FTE Term
School: Langruth Elementary School
Start Date: September 8, 2026
End Date: February 26, 2027

Langruth Elementary School is a Kindergarten to grade eight school located in Langruth, Manitoba. The school has approximately 60 students, with staff who work together to provide an inclusive educational environment.

Candidates will be selected for interviews based on the following:

• Valid Manitoba Teacher Certificate
• A sound knowledge of the provincial curricula
• Previous teaching experience in a multi-age early years classroom environment

Skills and Abilities:

• Basic French or Indigenous language knowledge is an asset
• Knowledge of the Manitoba Curriculum
• Contributes to a positive culture among staff
• Ability to provide a rich literacy program across subject areas assigned
• Excellent organizational and multi-age classroom management skills
• Knowledge of the use of technology in the classroom
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience working with students with unique needs
• Team player committed to the certainty that all students can learn
• Self-Motivated
