The Farm Worker plays an essential role in day-to-day field operations, seed processing, and general maintenance. This is a physically active, outdoor position suited for someone with mechanical skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to a growing farm and seed business.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends during peak seasons (seeding & harvest).
• Ability to perform physicals tasks such as lifting 50+ lbs, crouching, climbing, and working outdoors in varied conditions.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn new skills.
• General knowledge of modern grain farming practices.
