Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Human Resource Student located in the community of Neepawa, MB.

Your days will include:

  • Work closely with the HR team and participate in various HR functions.
  • Contribute to and lead projects
  • Assist in employee orientation
  • Work with and upload confidential documentation into company HR systems
  • Run reports and analyze data
  • Learn about benefits programs to assist with employee inquiries
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Attend team meetings and provide administrative support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you need to possess:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program. Focus in Human Resources or Business an asset
  • Human Resource experience is an asset
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Willing to contribute and be a part of the team
