Lakeshore School Division invites applications for a permanent 1.0 FTE Colony Classroom Teacher position. We are seeking a flexible, relationship-focused educator who values multi-grade teaching, community connection, and whole-child learning. Colony Schools offer unique small-group environments with strong family and community partnerships.

Responsibilities include:
- Deliver multi-grade instruction for Kindergarten to Grade 4 students
- Plan and adapt programming to meet diverse learning needs
- Support literacy and numeracy development across grade levels
- Maintain clear student assessment and progress reporting

Qualifications:
- Early years training preferred
- Experience or interest in multi-grade classrooms considered an asset
- Strong classroom organization and differentiation skills
- Ability to work within a close-knit community environment
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (Uncertified teachers are considered when no suitable certified teachers are available)
