Inwood School 50% Permanent starting September 8th, 2026

Lakeshore School Division invites applications for a 50% permanent Options Teacher position at Inwood School. This is a half-time assignment with some flexibility surrounding a morning or afternoon schedule. This role serves students in Grades 4-12 in a multi-grade classroom environment. Candidates are encouraged to focus instruction in options areas that align with their skills and interests.

Responsibilities include:
- Deliver engaging Options/Applied Skills programming for Grades 4-12
- Provide hands-on, skill-based instruction in selected options areas
- Plan programming appropriate for multi-grade groups
- Maintain safe and well-managed learning environments
- Adapt instruction to support diverse learning needs
- Assess and report on student progress
- Collaborate with school staff and administration

Qualifications:
- Comfort working in a multi-grade classroom setting
- Strong classroom and safety management skills
- Ability to design practical, project-based learning experiences
- Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (Uncertified teachers are considered when no suitable certified teachers are available)
