Duties:
Perform research using techniques from linear algebra, graph theory, operator theory, and/or quantum information theory. Perform literature review. Assist in data collection, data entry, analysis and interpretation. Assist with the development and application of mathematical concepts related to the research program of Dr. Sarah Plosker, and other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
Completion or near completion of BSc with major in Mathematics, Computer Science, and/or Physics (preference to honours);
Ability to work with minimum supervision;
Minimum 4.0 GPA. Successful completion of relevant courses, with A+ in Set Theory and Logic, Applied Linear Algebra, and Applied Statistics, or equivalent;
Demonstrated prior successful research experience in the Department of Math & Computer Science.
