Qualifications/Experience:

Skillset:
Comfort reading academic materials in French and working with bilingual research sources
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly for managing bibliographies, datasets, and research documentation
Ability to conduct basic academic research, including locating and evaluating scholarly sources
Ability to synthesize scholarly sources and contribute to short literature reviews
Proficiency with basic digital tools (word processing, spreadsheets, and file management)
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow research instructions

Preference is given to a Brandon University student, second year student.

 

Duties:

To assemble and expand bibliographies
To compile datasets organized by different relevant categories
To gather and enter data
To produce annotated literature reviews
To seek relevant dissemination venues
To document research progress
To complete routine computations, word processing, and printing and filing tasks to support consistent data management
To perform other relevant duties assigned.
