Duties:
Preparation of roots, staining of roots, and scoring of roots using the compound microscope to determine colonization of roots by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. Other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:
Successful completion of university courses with content including plant biology. Knowledge of safe handling of chemicals in the laboratory. Experience with the use of the compound microscope for quantitative evaluation of arbuscular mycorrhizae. Ability to use Excel.
