Registration Options
When registering, please select all options that apply to you:
- Virtual Attendance (Free)
- In-Person – Day 1 (June 11, 2026)
- In-Person – Day 2 (June 12, 2026)
At least one option must be selected to complete your registration.
Pricing
Early Bird Pricing
Available until May 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM CDT.
- $37.50 per in-person day
- $75.00 for both days
Regular Pricing
May 9 to June 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM CDT.
- $50.00 per in-person day
- $100.00 for both days
Virtual Attendance
- Free for all participants
- Registration remains open until June 12, 2026
- A virtual access link will be emailed before the event
A confirmation email will be sent once your registration (and payment, if applicable) is successfully processed. Please keep this email for your records.
Please note that all credit card charges for this registration will appear on your statement as Brandon University.
In-Person Registration Deadline
In-person registration closes on June 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM CDT.
Space is limited. If capacity is reached (86 attendees per day), in-person registration for that day will automatically close and the option will no longer appear in the registration form.
Transfer Policy
Open Horizons does not offer refunds for any registration type. This includes all payment methods and all in-person tickets for any day(s) selected. Virtual registration is free and therefore non-refundable.
However, in-person tickets may be transferred to another individual until June 1, 2026.
To request a transfer, email hello@campusmanitoba.ca with:
- Your name
- The full name and email address of the new attendee
If you do not request a transfer before June 1 and are unable to attend, your registration will be considered a no-show, and no credit or refund will be issued.
Virtual registrations cannot be transferred.
After June 1
If you need help with your registration after June 1, please email hello@campusmanitoba.ca.
Support may be limited to name corrections, dietary notes, or virtual access troubleshooting.
Event Changes or Cancellations
The event schedule, speakers, or session formats may be subject to change. Any significant updates will be communicated to registered attendees via email.
If the event is cancelled in full, all in-person registrants will receive instructions regarding next steps.
