Brandon Campus Students

Fall Students

If you are a living in residence, your ID card will be ready and waiting for you at the time of your residence check in.

If you are not living in residence:
- Your card will be ready for pickup 3 business days from time of order. Please do not attempt early pick ups. Cards will be held for pick up for 6 months.
New Students For Winter Semester

If you are a living in residence, your ID card will be ready and waiting for you at the time of your residence check in.

New students for Winter Semester (not living in Residence) - January 2026
- Your card will be ready for pickup on or after January 5^th when the University reopens after the Holiday Break. Please do not attempt early pick ups. Cards will be held for pick up for 6 months.
- Location – Ancillary Services Office, located on the main floor of McMaster Hall, 270 18th Street, Brandon, Manitoba
- Times – Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Requirements – Must show government issued ID match the Student Card at the time of pick up.
Psych Nursing Winnipeg Campus Students
- Your card will take 14 days from time of order. Please do not attempt early pick ups. Cards will be held to pick up for 6 months.
- Location - Faculty of Health Studies, Winnipeg Campus, 602-491 Portage, Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba (6th Floor - Rice Centre)
- Requirements – Email bymanc@brandonu.ca after 14 days to coordinate your pick up. Must show government issued ID matching the Student Card at the time of pick up.
