Pine Creek School Division is seeking a dedicated and dynamic English Language Arts Teacher to join our instructional team. The successful candidate will create an engaging learning environment that develops students’ literacy skills, critical thinking, communication, and love of literature. This role involves planning and delivering curriculum-aligned lessons, assessing student learning, and collaborating with colleagues to support student achievement.

Candidates will be selected for interviews based on the following:

• Valid Manitoba Teacher Certificate
• Previous ELA teaching experience is considered an asset
• Demonstrated knowledge of the provincial ELA curriculum

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent organizational and multi-age classroom management skills
• Knowledge in the use of technology in the classroom
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with students with unique needs
• Team player committed to the certainty that all students can and will learn
• Self-motivated
• Willingness to become involved in the local community
