Education required: Minimum college diploma of a one- or two-year program is required; a bachelor's degree is an asset.

Experience required: Minimum three years of experience in administrative assistance or related clerical work experience is required.

About us:
Living Delight has operated for more than 10 years in Brandon, offering supermarket services to meet the daily needs of the local people. We mainly provide a variety of international goods and other hometown flavours from Asia, Latin, America, and Middle East.

Responsibilities:
-Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, mails and emails; taking messages, and routing correspondence.
-Schedule and arrange appointments, conferences, and travel schedules for the supervisor, including tickets and reservations.
-Participate in related business activities, record meetings, and follow up on important matters, and maintain supplier relationships.
-Convey management decisions to relevant personnel, draft letters, reports, and other documents and keep them on file.
-Assist the supervisor in setting work goals and executing work plans; liaise with internal and external parties for daily office administration.
-Receive reports and contracts and review them for accuracy; organize and maintain files and databases.
-Assist with organizing sales events and monitoring sales reports.
-Manage office inventory and purchase office supplies.
-Train and inform newly hired employees regarding the office procedures.
-Arrange the plans for company activities (such as annual events, parties, etc.) of the company.
-Handle the supervisor's requests and queries appropriately and provide other administrative support to the staff as necessary.

Requirements:
-Minimum college diploma of a one- or two-year program is required; a bachelor's degree is an asset.
-Minimum three years of experience in administrative assistance or related clerical work experience is required.
-Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Working knowledge of general office equipment.
-Ability to work under tight schedules.
-Good team player and highly detailed-oriented.
