What we’re looking for:
The Assistant Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for supporting the dealership’s finance and insurance operations by assisting customers with financing and protection product options for new and pre-owned RV purchases. This role works closely with the sales and management teams to deliver exceptional customer service, secure financing approvals, and contribute to dealership profitability. The Junior F&I Manager is expected to develop strong product knowledge, maintain compliance standards, and build lasting relationships with customers and lending partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for a summer student or entry-level candidate looking to gain valuable experience and expand their knowledge within the finance and insurance industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist customers with the financial and insurance process when purchasing new or used RV’s.
· Obtain financing approvals through financial institutions and lending partners.
· Present financing, warranty, insurance, and protection products to customers in a professional and informative manner.
· Help customers make informed financial decisions by clearly explaining available options and products.
· Complete and submit credit and finance applications accurately and efficiently.
· Ensure all finance documentation is completed in compliance with dealership policies and lender requirements.
· Support timely funding and payout of all completed deals.
· Contribute to dealership profitability through the sale of finance and insurance products.
· Conduct customer needs assessments to recommend suitable financing and protection options.
· Develop and apply effective sales techniques to increase product penetration and customer satisfaction.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, suppliers, and internal dealership departments.
· Communicate effectively with customers and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
· Assist in monitoring departmental targets and performance goals.
· Maintain accurate records and complete all administrative duties in a timely manner.
· Stay current on financing programs, lender guidelines, and industry trends.
· Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service skills at all times.
· Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
