Position Description
FTE/HRS & Assignment:

• 1.0 FTE, Limited Teacher General
• Grade K-5 Phys Ed
• Grade 4/5 Francais & Science
• French Immersion

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate or the ability to obtain a Manitoba Teaching Certificate
• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent French

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of best practices in curriculum, instruction and assessment
• Early years education experience will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of Indigenous Perspectives
• Excellent organizational and classroom management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, students, parents and outside agencies, as demonstrated through written and verbal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
