EMPLOYMENT INCENTIVES:

Four (4) or more years of Policing Experience* will start at a 1st Class Constable wage ($109,681)

Signing Bonus of $12,500

-        Canada Union of Public Employees’ Pension Plan

-        City of Winnipeg

-        Civil Service Superannuation Board

-        The Government of Canada (Public Service Pension Plan)

-        MB Healthcare Employees Pension Plan

-        Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Board

If a Reciprocal Transfer Agreement does not exist, we are able to accommodate Individual Transfers In.  The transfer amount required would be the amount required to provide equivalent pension service under MEBP not necessarily the same as the member’s termination entitlement under the exporting plan.
