Your days will include:

• Verifying the integrity of the systems’ interfaces
• Assisting on HRIS upgrades, enhancements, and implementation of new modules
• Coordinating with IT and the HRIS vendor to communicate business requirements, perform system testing, and user acceptance testing
• Troubleshooting glitches to determine root cause
• Developing HR policies pertaining to HRIS systems
• Create and deliver training sessions based on trending issues or changing procedures
• Create and solution reports for all areas of the organization

 To succeed in this role, you possess:

• 2 years or more working with HRIS systems
• A background in Human Resources or Information Technology
• Demonstrated project management skills
