Immigration Coordinator

Location: Neepawa

Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 4:36 PM (subject to flexibility if needed)

Your days will include:

  • Assisting with the settlement process for new foreign workers
  • Providing backup support to the Immigration Manager
  • Taking directions from both the Immigration Manager and the Immigration Senior Manager
  • Maintaining files and records (copies and/or originals) of all past and current work permit applications in accordance with SOPs and compliance requirements
  • Maintaining and updating current SOPs
  • Scanning and filing both electronic and hard copy documents
  • Managing spreadsheets and preparing reports
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

 

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment
  • A certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or Legal Studies
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage and adapt to change
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong stress management skills and the ability to handle multiple demands
