Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of IT Infrastructure Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure and Support This opportunity is located in the community of Neepawa/La Broquerie. This is a Hybrid work opportunity where we welcome work in the office and support work from home.

Your days will include:

• Oversee IT infrastructure, including standards and guidelines, change management, capacity monitoring and planning, and hardware/software lifecycle management
• Providing guidance and direction to the IT Infrastructure team
• Works with the IT team to develop effective coverage for key areas of infrastructure management
• Conduct formal performance management reviews with direct reports and assists them with professional development planning
• Maintaining organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing and delivering information technologies
• Provide project management for IT projects related to Operations (user support, infrastructure management) activity. Participate as needed in other key IT projects including new system planning & implementation, business process automation and facility expansions
• Creating and distributing operational IT reports as they relate to operational efficiency
• Providing input and management of budgeted expenses

To succeed in this role, you possess:

• Diploma in Information Technology
• 7+ years working in the IT Infrastrucure world
• Previous experience leading an IT Team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• The ability to coach and mentor team members
• The ability to see the bigger picture and to problem solve outside of the box
