Job Summary: Promotes health and healing by functioning as a member of the care team to provide optimum care for convalescent, acutely/chronically ill, home care and long-term care clients/patients/residents.

Experience: No previous experience.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed with the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses
• Practical Nursing Diploma

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
• Basic computer skills

• Valid driver’s license, where required by the job

No guaranteed hours.  Must be available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3 week period.  Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats and holidays, where applicable.
