Riipen is on a mission to eliminate graduate unemployment, and thanks to funding from the Government of Canada’s Work-Integrated Learning Initiatives, we are excited to present Level UP to students across Canada!

Through Level UP, students are able to network with employers, develop their skills, gain work experience, and make $1400.00 for each project they complete.

We currently have 5000 internship spots available, with a maximum of 5 spots per eligible student. That could be $7000 in your pocket!

Internships must start before February 15, 2024 and multiple internships can be started at the time.

What do Level UP Projects Look Like?

Level UP projects are 2-8 week, 80 hour remote-work projects that employers post and students apply for, on the Riipen platform. Employers know that student life is busy, making Level UP projects a flexible opportunity, and we have projects in a wide variety of disciplines including: communications, graphic design, web development, data analysis, human resources, computer science, and much more!

Job Requirements:

No experience required! The only requirements are that students must be:

• Enrolled in a Canadian Post-Secondary Institution (Part-time, full-time, and Continuing Education students are eligible!)
• Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or granted Refugee Protection
• Legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with provincial/territorial legislation

Targeted Degrees and Disciplines: All

Hours Per Week: 10-40 hours per week, as discussed between students and employers

Duration: 2-8 weeks, as discussed between students and employers. Students may take on up to 4 projects.
