SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST

Prairie Spirit School Division invites applications for a 1.0 FTE Permanent School Psychologist to commence September 5th, 2023.

Must have a Master’s Degree in School Psychology and hold a School Clinician’s certificate issued by Manitoba Education and Early Childhood Learning.

Must be prepared to complete complex psychological assessments, interpret, and deliver diagnostic intervention recommendations to parents, school division personnel and partnering community professionals.

Must work as a team of professionals to plan and support education programming specific to the needs of students.

Must regularly monitor and evaluate recommendations and provide ongoing support and consultation to personnel working with students.

Must maintain clinical documentation and provide regular reports to appropriate stakeholders.

Must be familiar with and adhere to division expectations, procedures and policies.
