To provide students with an excellent learning and earning experience that will benefit them through their lives at the same time as providing clients with a quality of service that is second to none in the painting industry

Who Are We:

For over 29 years Student Works has been in the business of helping university and college students run their own summer painting business. Each year we teach and assist close to 150 students across Western Canada in every small town and big city.

Our goal is for our students over the Summer to: 

- Earn good money

- Learn and practice important business/life skills

- Be able to add real business experience to your resume

Duration of the Program:

The program begins part-time from January to April where students get trained on the skills they must own by the time they enter the summer months. From May to August, this becomes a full time position where students are working Full-Time hours.

Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting
- Marketing
- Sales
- Production Management and Team Leadership

Student Works is with you every step of the way: getting started, finding customers, completing the job, providing you with the training, knowledge and support to run your own business in your hometown. Not only do we provide on the job training, we also supply each candidate with their own marketing materials and take care of the administration part of the business. Compensation:

Our average franchisees see a profit annually between $15,000-$22,000 after all expenses are paid out. Our top operators tend to be earning closer to $45,000+.

Where are we hiring?

We have spots open all across Western Canada. In MB we are looking for surrounding areas and Winnipeg, Winkler/Morden and surrounding towns,Stonewall and surrounding towns, Portage La Prairie and surrounding towns, Beausejour and Eastern Interlakes , and Brandon.
