Your days will include:

• Research and analyze supply chain costs for Transportation and Logistics
• Perform analytics and cost studies in support of carrier negotiations and rate proposal
• Optimize service levels, maintain supply chain efficiency, and minimize cost
• Manage and report on monthly KPIs relating to supply chain spend
• Prepare analysis on shipment level detail (invoice level) to ensure contract compliance on all carriers
• Assess cost effectiveness of supply chain solutions by completing monthly freight audits on variance in budget vs actual
• Provide analytical support for Supply Chain strategic projects as defined by management.
• Maintain refrigerated North America and International routing guides and pricing agreements
• Support AP and Finance departments in invoice payments and monthly reporting

To succeed in this role, you possess:

• 2+ years’ experience in pricing/financial analysis
• 2+ years in transportation or logistics field
• Ability to handle complex issues and provide customized solutions
• Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated to identify and take on new projects
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office as well as an ability to adapt to other software applications
