Instructional Associate, Department of Psychiatric Nursing – Faculty of Health Studies

Applications are invited for one (1) full-time continuing appointment in the Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric Nursing program.
The successful applicant will be expected to be an excellent role model. Responsibilities include providing lab instruction and clinical supervision to students in Brandon and/or rural locations.

Qualifications:

  • Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the CRPNM or CRNM required;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing or Nursing is preferred (a combination of education and relevant clinical experience may be considered);
  • Recent clinical experience required;
  • Relevant teaching experience highly desirable;
  • Excellent communication/interaction skills.
