Key duties:
This position will assist the department with general clerical tasks including data entry, scanning letters and documents and inputting information into the institutional database (Raiser’s Edge); assist with the planning and execution of departmental events, such as Homecoming Weekend, including participation in committee meetings, event set-up/take down, staffing registration tables, assisting with post-event marketing, and providing excellent customer service to guests. This position will also assist with updating the the digital and physical donor wall and other projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:
This position is open to students who are participating in the BU Co-operative (Co-op) Education Program at BU.
Must be a currently enrolled, full-time student in good academic standing;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Comfortable working independently and as a team member;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding donor and alumni information.

Occasional evening/weekend work may be required.
