Key Duties:
- Prepare materials for research.
- Assist in data collection, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Assist with duties related to dissemination, ie. create presentations, social media posts, reports, etc.
- Perform record keeping, and data/word processing.
- and other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
The ideal candidate will:
- be enrolled in an undergraduate or Masters program at Brandon University
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively; strong written communication skills are extremely important
- possess strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and be self-motivated.
- have the ability to work independently and with others effectively.
- have the ability to uphold high standards of confidentiality and research integrity.
- have an understanding of the importance of trauma-informed research and gender based violence.
