Key Duties:
1. Prepare and sterilize media and solutions,
2. Follow specific sterilization protocols / techniques,
3. Make fresh transfers of selected microfungi from a research culture collection,
4. Dispose of microbiological waste, and
5. Other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

1. Preference will be given to a current or recently graduated Brandon University student.
2. The successful applicant must have completed Biology of the Fungi 15:480 and be familiar with a the identification of microfungi, sterile technique and the preparation of culture media.
