Qualifications/Experience:
-senior undergraduate (e.g., 3rd or 4th year)
-background in political science
-evidence of strong writing, organization, and communication skills
-evidence of strong analytical and methodological skills
-attention to detail and ability to work independently
-demonstrated interest in the research area (power-sharing settlements; consociationalism; constitutional design; referendums; peace processes; citizen participation)
-knowledge of political processes in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Lebanon, Syria, and Northern Ireland considered an asset

Key Duties:
-assist with the collection, collation and interpretation of data
-review and code peace agreements and constitutional documents
-conduct literature searches and provide annotations
-conduct content analysis
-attend meetings with principal investigator and with international collaborators
-other relevant duties as assigned
This is part of a SSHRC funded project titled Citizen Inclusion in Power-Sharing Settlements.
