Duties:
Assist with Recruitment initiatives, such as career fairs both on and off campus
Maintaining the BU Student Life social media presences, including posting material regularly as directed.
Create marketing materials/posters to promote recruitment and retention events and programming.
Support student leader recruitment and activities.
Assist with student outreach, including but not limited to mail-outs, recruitment package assembly, campus tours and tour reminders.
and other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
Enrolled at BU with strong academic standing (a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher at time of application).
Strong attention to detail.
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain social media presence.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
Demonstrated critical and creative thinking skills.
Knowledge of campus and community resources.
Respect for and enthusiasm for working with a diverse population.
Excellent computer skills (word processing, email, database management, spreadsheets) and experience in desktop publishing and mail merge is an asset.
