Dr. Aldea Mulhern
Dr. Aldea Mulhern specializes in the study of religion and food. Her work is anthropological, comparative, and focused on the participation of minoritized religious communities in agricultural, ecological, and social justice movements. At Brandon University, she leads the focus areas of Judaism, Islam, and Afro-Carib religion. She holds a teaching award for undergraduate writing training in the application of theory to field data.
