30.276 Modern Women Writers

Prerequisite: 6 credit hours in first-year English literature (ENGL) or permission of Instructor.

The purpose of this course is to complete the overview of the literary culture of women started in Early Women Writers. This course examines the significant contributions of twentieth-century women writers with special emphasis on the diversity of their approaches to various issues raised by their cultural, political and social context.
