The Board of Governors invites nominations for the Award for Excellence in Community Service, presented annually at Convocation to a Brandon University employee who demonstrates exceptional dedication to serving our communities.

This award celebrates employees whose volunteer efforts make a meaningful impact—locally, provincially, or beyond—and reflect the values and mission of Brandon University.

If you know a colleague whose commitment to community service deserves recognition, we encourage you to submit a nomination by Friday, January 30, 2026. After the deadline, the Selection Committee will review all submissions and recommend a recipient to the Board of Governors. All nominations are treated confidentially.
