Glean provides a simple, four step note-taking framework that supports an effective and meaningful learning experience.
Capture
Various capture functions mean you never miss a thing.

Program Cost
SAS bills students on a cost-recovery basis for the use of their Glean license. Students without CSG-DSE or EAPD funding will be billed for the cost of the program at the end of the academic year.
Students trialing the program on a two-week basis will not be charged in the event they choose to discontinue use.
Returning Users
If you are a returning student who used Glean last term and wish to reactive your license, you will need to complete a reactivation request for the Fall 2023 semester (Sept.-Dec. 2023). Reactivation requests must be submitted on a term-by-term basis. You will need to complete a second request form if you wish to continue using the program in Winter 2024 (Jan.-Apr. 2024).

New Users
If you are a new student to SAS or have not used Glean previously, you be contacted by Morganna Malyon via email to schedule an appointment for training. You will also receive an email from hello@glean.co inviting you to use Glean. Simply click the link in the invitation to activate your Glean account.
Once you have set up your account you will need to go to https://app.glean.co/ to sign into the program. Bookmark the link in your browser for easy access in the future. You will have access to the program for a two-week free trial.
If you wish to extend your license for the remainder of the term once your trial expires, please complete a reactivation request.
