BU Research Financial Administration Framework, Policies, and Procedures

Brandon University’s Research Financial Administration Framework establishes the institutional structure governing the responsible stewardship, oversight, and administration of research funds. The Framework and associated policies support consistent, transparent, and accountable research financial practices across the University and align institutional requirements with applicable funding agency expectations, including the Tri-Agency Guide on Financial Administration (TAGFA). The Framework applies to all research funding administered by Brandon University and is supported by operational policies and procedures addressing travel, hospitality, compensation, goods and services, internal transfers, and financial controls.
